Our Staff
Craig Marquette has been the President of Marquette Inspection , Inc. since its inception. He has seventeen years of experience in the home inspection industry and has performed over 17,000 inspections. He has 37 years of home building and remodeling experience, a licensed Certified Building Contractor, certified ASHI inspector, certified Wind Mitigation inspector and Craig is a certified real estate continuing education instructor.
Wade Marquettehas performed thousands of home and insurance inspections in the past eight years. He has undergone intense training, continuing education and is a certified ASHI inspector and certified Wind Mitigation inspector. He has 3 children and a great wife Jennifer.
All of our inspectors are ASHI members or candidates and adhere stringently to the ASHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.
Lynn Marquette manages the staff, office and financial affairs. Lynn has recently completed the transformation of the office into a Certified Green Office. (Information on the Certified Green Page).
Rebecca Barnes has been a part of the office staff for 4 years, is a customer service wiz, master scheduler, mother of 3 and has a wonderful husband Bobby.
Zack Marquette is our account representative and a certified Wind Mitigation inspector. He performs informational seminars on our behalf as well as inspections. He is the father of 3 children and the husband of Teresa.
Rebecca Robinson is an inspector and a licensed Certified General Contractor. She has one child and is married to a wonderfuly guy, Ronnie Wolf of Wolf Plumbing.
Our staff includes a Florida Certified Building Contractor
(Lic.# CBC018773) and a Florida Registered Roofing Contractor (Lic.# RCO032782).

The majority of our field staff is comprised of professionals out of the construction or inspection industry. However, all have been required to complete extensive training and certification for the inspections or surveys they perform. Our structure and mechanical home inspectors are American Society of Home Inspectors members or candidates and adhere stringently to the Standard of Practice and Code of Ethics. Our windstorm inspectors are trained and certified with the State of Florida.
